    Agency Recruitment:

    • Conducted a comprehensive analysis of recruitment initiatives and process for onboarding new agents to improve hiring quality, enhance productivity and maximize return on recruitment efforts.

    • Collaborated with data team to clean and manipulate agent performance data to ensure accurate tracking and provide better reporting to management.

    • Mapped the full recruitment funnel, analyzing sourcing channels, attrition trends and provided recommendations to support agencies in optimizing recruitment processes.

    • Assessed patterns between recruitment sources and Annualized Net Premium (ANP) performance to identify high-conversion channels and refine candidate profiles.

    • Designed a tracking management system using Excel to monitor new agent progress in real time across each stage has improved on-time recognition rates by 95% ensuring agents received milestone-based rewards promptly and consistently.

    Internal Audit:

    • Improved documentation for internal audit initiation process.

    • Supported the development of an internal sampling tool to support the team be able to collect unbiased sampling for audit purposes.

    Risk Management & Compliance:

    • Supported the execution of the company’s annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) exercise which is a mandatory regulatory requirement mandated by the Central Bank of Malaysia (BNM).

    • Ensured full compliance with BNM’s guidelines by coordinating key components of the BCP drill which includes scenario testing, departmental response readiness, and documentation.

    • Supported long-term strategic planning by contributing to the financial planning and analysis for the establishment of a new BCP center including budget modeling, cost benefit evaluation and scenario analysis to strengthen operational resilience.

    Investment Management - Fixed Income:

    • Performed credit analysis on fixed income securities to support company’s overall investment portfolio and align with risk tolerance.

    • Prepared a detailed market research and presentation on the REITs market in Singapore to the internal investment committees.

    • Analyzed issuer financials, credit ratings, and macroeconomic factors to evaluate credit risk and ensure compliance with insurance industry investment guidelines.

  • Revenue Generation

    90-Day Program:

    Led the review and redesign the company’s 90-Day onboarding and development program for newly hired agents.

    • Conducted an in-depth analysis of the original program using performance data, advisor feedback, sales conversion metrics to identify gaps in content, pacing and client engagement strategy.

    Results: New agents that participated in the 90 Day Program have a 45% higher productivity compared to new agents that do not participate in the program.

    New agents who completed the revamped 90 Day Program generated 25% higher Annualized Net Premium (ANP) compared to previous cohorts and 30% higher compared to non-participants.

    Community Engagement
