I’m Mei Hwa, a Strategy & Operations professional who has spent the last several years sitting at the intersection of data, decisions, and people.

My career has taken me from insurance boardrooms to early startup to higher education leadership. What I’ve discovered is that the real work is always the same: take something complicated, figure out what actually matters, and help the right people act on it.

I specialize in translating data into strategic direction. That means building the dashboards and reports that executives actually use, design the processes that reduces friction, and asking the questions that reframe how a problem gets solved. I lead with curiosity, communicate with clarity, and stay focused on outcomes.

I hold an MBA, a MSc in Business Analytics and a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Economics & Finance)— a combination that allows me to move fluidly between the numbers and the narrative.
