I’m Mei Hwa, a data-driven storyteller and strategist shaped by a cross-industry path. From building strategy decks in insurance boardrooms, to navigating product standups at startup, to unpacking institutional data to support higher education leaders make strategic decisions— I’ve worked at the edge of complexity and clarity.

What ties it all together? A curiosity for how things work, a bias towards clarity, and a passion for translating data into direction and stories. With a sharp eye for trends, structure, and strategy, I ask the questions others sidesteps and spark new thinking where decisions are made. Along the way, I’ve led cross-functional teams, managed multi-stakeholder projects, and delivered work that moves from planning to impact.

I hold an MBA, a MSc in Business Analytics and a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Economics & Finance) which is a foundation that supports both analytical rigor and strategic vision.
